Ben Varon

Ben Varon is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning project management, real estate brokerage, and public service. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Network Connex since October 2020 and as Managing Broker at The Cascade Team Real Estate since May 2016, Varon has also held key positions at companies such as SAC Wireless, General Dynamics, T-Mobile, Smartlink, and WesTower Communications. Varon’s expertise includes site acquisition and project management in telecommunications. In addition to corporate roles, Varon served as the Former Mayor and Councilor for the City of Newcastle, Washington, from January 2002 to December 2009. Varon holds a BBA in Marketing from Washington State University.
