Nikitha Rajan

Nikitha Rajan is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at CSB Bank Limited since September 2018, Nikitha has a background in conducting internal compliance audits specifically within the two-wheeler loans department. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Officer at UAE Exchange from October 2015 to 2018, focusing on transaction monitoring, corporate analysis, KYC documentation, and auditing. Nikitha holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Siena College of Professional Studies.
