Sesha Srinivas Duvvuri

Sesha Srinivas Duvvuri has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sesha Srinivas has held various positions throughout their career, starting with being a Recruitment Executive at Nethra Consultants in 2004. Sesha Srinivas then worked as a Senior Executive-People Practice at Valgen Business Solutions, where they were responsible for recruitment and induction processes. Sesha Srinivas later worked as an Analyst at Deloitte, where they handled staffing-related tasks and reporting. In 2009, they joined United Bank of India as a Senior Manager-HR, handling recruitment, grievance redressal, and union coordination. Sesha Srinivas then worked at DBS Bank as Vice President Human Resources, and Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Vice President. Currently, Sesha Srinivas Duvvuri holds the position of Head ER at CSB Bank Limited.

Sesha Srinivas Duvvuri completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accountancy and Cost Accounts at V. T. College, Andhra University from 1998 to 2001. Sesha Srinivas then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) at the College of Management Studies, GITAM, Andhra University from 2002 to 2004.
