Scott Lowell, MBA, CRCR has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. In 1997, they started their career as Administrative Support Staff at Robinson, Calcagnie, & Robinson. From 1999 to 2012, they worked at PROMEDICAL, first as a Claims Analyst in the Closing Department, then as a Client Services Manager, and eventually as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations. In 2008, they joined the United States Anti-Doping Agency as a Doping Control Officer until 2011. Currently, Scott is Vice President of Operations at The CCS Companies, where they oversee the operations of the company and previously held the position of Assistant Vice President Operations - ClaimAssist. Scott holds an MBA and a CRCR certification.

Scott Lowell holds an MBA from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Their specialization was in Operations Management. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, studying Economics and Political Science from 1994 to 1998. During their undergraduate studies, they also attended Corvinus University of Budapest for a brief period in 1997 to study Economics and History. Scott's early education took place at Xaverian Brothers High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in January 2020.
