Tracy Israel Cipd Mih

Tracy Israel (Assoc) CIPD MIH is an experienced professional in talent and learning development, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Development at The Celtic Collection since January 2016, after holding the position of Head of Learning & Development. Prior to this, Tracy operated as the Owner of Whitegate Training & Development from September 1999 to December 2015 and worked as Training Director at Mediaocean from April 1993 to August 1999. Tracy holds a degree in Humanities from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and completed secondary education at Gwendraeth Grammar School.
