Katie Bisconer

Katie Bisconer is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at The Center at Northridge since September 2021 and at Vibra Healthcare and VIVAGE since February 2021. With a Master of Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California Polytechnic State University, Katie has developed a comprehensive skill set in evaluating and creating holistic care plans for rehabilitation patients, facilitating interdisciplinary communication, and supervising therapy staff. Katie's previous roles include working at Gateway Home Health and Sutter Health - Bay Area, where responsibilities included home assessments, patient evaluations, and community resource implementation, as well as conducting therapy services for diverse populations ranging from young children to older adults.
