Colt Hatcher has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Colt started their career at UTA MS Healthcare Administration Alumni Group in 2012 as the COHORT Alumni President. Colt then worked as an Administrative Intern at Wise Clinical Care Associates. In 2012, they joined Nocona General Hospital as the Chief Operating Officer, where they served until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the CEO of Weatherford Rehabilitation Hospital. In 2016, Colt joined Parkland Hospital as the OTM Sustainability Specialist. Colt then moved to Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation in 2017, where they were the Director of Rural Health Clinics until 2020. Currently, Colt Hatcher holds the position of Director of Business Services at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, and they will soon transition to the role of Vice President of Business Operations.
Colt Hatcher completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Howard Payne University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, attending from 2010 to 2012.
