Endrit Meta has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Endrit currently serves as the Director of Technology & Data at The Center for Health Affairs, where they oversee data management and volume statistics. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Analytics Consultant at The Lewin Group, leading reporting efforts for a CMS State Innovation Model project. Endrit also has experience as a Lecturer at Columbus State Community College and Cleveland State University. In addition, they have worked for the Ohio Department of Medicaid, where they served as a Medicaid Systems Administrator and Services Policy Analyst, handling forecasting, analysis, and modeling of healthcare programs. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Cleveland State University, they conducted research in an academic setting. Overall, Endrit has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and healthcare policy.

Endrit Meta completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics/Political Science at The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences in 2012. Endrit further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from Cleveland State University, which they completed between 2013 and 2014.
