Don Wheeler is an experienced organizational development consultant currently serving as an Organizational Development Advisor for the Center for Victims of Torture, focusing on institutional strengthening and professional development on a global scale. With a consulting practice established in 2009, Don Wheeler has facilitated strategic planning and capacity building for various governmental and non-governmental organizations across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Previous roles include grant writing and management for Community Health of South Florida, Inc., and key positions in grant program development at Barry University and other institutions. Don Wheeler's extensive background also includes experience in health planning and humanitarian logistics with organizations such as the UNDP/UNHCR and the Miccosukee Tribe. Don Wheeler holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Florida.
