Phongsakorn Phuengphai's work experience is as follows:

- Currently, Phongsakorn is working as the Head of IT at Central Group since January 2022.

- Previously, from November 2018 to January 2022, Phongsakorn worked at True Digital Group as a Solutions Consultant / Technical Presale Manager. Responsibilities included managing a team, tracking revenue and opportunities, analyzing customer needs, consulting and providing technical solutions to customers.

- Prior to that, Phongsakorn worked at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED from January 2017 to November 2018 as a Product Manager Smart Platform and from July 2010 to August 2017 as a Senior Engineer. Responsibilities included implementing growth initiatives and managing design competency, problem reporting, and customer services.

- Before THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, Phongsakorn worked at CableCom Networks Co.,Ltd. as a System Service Engineer from April 2009 to July 2010. Responsibilities included supporting sales and project teams, handling system installation and maintenance for customers.

Phongsakorn Phuengphai earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kasetsart University in 2009. Phongsakorn later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they completed in 2016.
