Mahesh Kumar

Mahesh Kumar is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on child rights and gender equality implementation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as India Project Manager at The Centre for Child Rights & Business, Mahesh Kumar leads assessments and advisory initiatives on child rights in supply chains. Previously, as Senior Program Manager at QUEST Alliance, Mahesh Kumar successfully spearheaded a STEM program for adolescent girls across 12 states. In earlier roles, Mahesh Kumar has contributed significantly to programs addressing gender equality within the apparel sector, managed partnerships with key stakeholders like the British High Commission, and implemented community development initiatives, particularly concerning child rights and education. Mahesh Kumar holds a Master's Degree in Community-led Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Christ College, Bangalore University.
