Steve Finch

Steve Finch serves as the Group Chair at The CEO University since June 2014, guiding business leaders in enhancing their leadership capabilities and improving their companies' health. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at Finch Real Estate Consulting, where acquisition due diligence and development analysis for commercial real estate were provided, and CEO at Cal Springs, where a successful five-year turnaround was executed for a plastic manufacturing company. Additionally, Steve founded Sourcing One International, a marketing and distribution company in the promotional products sector, and worked as a Project Director at Wald Realty Advisors, managing commercial property assets and working with banks on troubled loans. Steve's early career included a role as a Commercial Property Broker at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, recognized as "Rookie of the Year." Educational background features dual Bachelor's degrees in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Southern California and the USC Marshall School of Business.
