Mhr Cass R. Cooper

Cass R. Cooper is currently a Columnist and DEI Community Leader at The Channel Company and an Adjunct Instructor at Marymount University. Previously, Cass was the Founder & Principal Strategist at Know Better, Do Better Consulting. They have a background in business development consultancy, diversity and inclusion research, account management, sales, and event management, with a focus on bridging diversity, equality, and inclusion in organizational development. Cass holds a Master of Human Relations (MHR) in Inclusive Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's & Gender Studies from DePaul University.
