Shannon MacKenzie

Shannon MacKenzie is an experienced Event Operations Specialist at The Channel Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Front Desk Agent at Granada Hotel & Bistro from March 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included customer service, staff training, budgeting, and inventory management. Shannon also served as a Catering Sales Office Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in early 2019 and gained retail experience as a Retail Associate at Old Navy from October 2016 to March 2017. Shannon holds a degree in Experience Industry Management with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, and Destination Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2021.
