Jill was elected to the Board in May 2019. She has over 20 years experience in retail, her former
role being director of customer services at Specsavers. Jill now runs her own customer experience consultancy as well as lecturing on customer experience, retail and leadership management.
Her focus is to make sure members and colleagues are at the forefront of all governance decisions made by the Society so that our members receive the best experience possible.
