Maricela Aguilar-Ochoa

Maricela Aguilar-Ochoa has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Maricela currently holds the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at The Charleston Place, where they are responsible for shaping and maintaining the organization's talent pool. Maricela collaborates with other leaders to understand workforce needs and develops strategies to address them. Prior to this, Maricela worked at ociNs Consulting as a Principal Consultant. Maricela also served as a Human Resources Director and Generalist at See Us Now Staffing, Inc., providing HR support in multiple locations. Maricela has experience in the hospitality industry as well, having worked as a Global SR People Operations Business Partner at TripAdvisor and as a Director of Human Resources at Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Maricela has also held roles in human resources at Downtown Grand Las Vegas and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Maricela brings a wealth of expertise in talent acquisition and human resources to their current role.

Maricela Aguilar-Ochoa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have obtained an Assessment Certification 360 Workshop from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2017.
