Dennis Weaver

Dennis Weaver, MD, MBA, serves as the Director and Value Based Care Leader at Chartis, a healthcare advisory firm, since 2023. Previously, Dennis held significant roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Oscar Health from 2017 to 2023, and Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at The Advisory Board Company from 2011 to 2017. Dennis co-founded Transformative Healthcare, LLC, and led as President and CEO of EastPoint Health, while also having served as Chief Medical Officer at Scott Medical Health Center. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, an MD from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Med from the United States Air Force Academy.
