The Chartis Group's executive team has a wealth of experience in management consulting and the retail industry. The team members all have a business administration background from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. They have previously worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles, including director of talent management and senior manager of the North American retail practice. In addition, they have also worked as an engagement manager and sales representative at Kodak.
