Dorene Buegler

Dorene Buegler is an experienced professional in instructional design and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory since February 2020. Buegler's career at The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. began in October 2000 as a Training Specialist, advancing to an Instructional Designer, and later taking on roles as Manager and then Sr. Instructional Designer until February 2020. Buegler holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Biola University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
