Amber Stephenson

Amber Stephenson currently serves as the Senior Technology Director for Thermal & Specialized Solutions at The Chemours Company, where responsibilities include technology strategy and execution across several key areas, including Process R&D and Product R&D. Previously, Amber held the position of Global Manufacturing Technology Director for Nourish at International Flavors & Fragrances and directed the Global R&D efforts in Microbial Control at DuPont. Amber's extensive experience at The Dow Chemical Company encompassed various leadership roles, including Associate R&D Director, where innovation and strategy in Microbial Control were emphasized, as well as management of application development in Polyurethanes. Amber earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a Management of Technology Certification from Haas School of Business.
