Susmita Bandyopadhyay, Ph.D., serves as the Customer Excellence and Sales Operation Manager II at The Chemours Company since January 2019, where key achievements include building a high-performing team and developing effective customer service strategies. Alongside this role, Susmita owns and operates "The Sugar House," a successful dog sitting business recognized for exceptional customer service. Previous experience includes senior consulting in environmental toxicology at Wilkes Technologies, managing a production lab at Freeport-McMoRan, and working as an environmental consultant at Viva Environmental. Susmita's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, complemented by a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor's in Chemistry.
