Marketing Coordinator at Chicago Bears

Kelsey Meisenzahl is currently a Marketing Coordinator at the Chicago Bears. Prior to their current position, Kelsey served as an Interim Executive Assistant, supporting the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications with various tasks including administrative work, legal requests and reviews, and schedule management. Kelsey also worked as a Marketing Seasonal, where they supported year-round customer service, event planning, and gameday activation for the Chicago Bears Kids Club and Chicago Bears Crib Club programs. In their role, Kelsey ideated, developed, and built creative and age-appropriate email newsletters for Kids Club & Crib Club through Oracle-Eloqua program. Kelsey also developed and executed sweepstakes & contests that drove new membership sign ups for Kids Club & Crib Club. Additionally, Kelsey managed the Database Marketing calendar for all club email communication, built and deployed club email communication including newsletters and all dedicated emails through Oracle-Eloqua program, assisted with pulling email metrics and building reports for various departments, and partnered with various departments across the organization to develop and distribute creative promotional messages in support of Bears events, sweepstakes, and initiatives.

Kelsey Meisenzahl has a Bachelor of Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology, an Associate of Arts from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, and a Master of Science from Syracuse University.

Kelsey Meisenzahl reports to Laura Condella, Director, Brand Marketing Insights & Strategy. They are on a team with Natallia Jerzyk - Digital Marketing Specialist, Elaine Delos Reyes - Project Management Lead, and Howard Little - Manager, Brand & Influencer Marketing.
