Paul Neurauter

SVP of Operations & Sustainability at Chicago Bears

Paul Neurauter is currently the VP of Operations for the Chicago Bears. Paul has over 25 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing procurement.

Paul started their career with Ingredion Incorporated in September 2015 as the Senior Director of Logistics for North America. In this role, they were responsible for developing and deploying an Integrated Facilities Management global solution and building an MRO solution road map. Paul also led the charge in defining and championing Abbott's Logistics strategy, which included network footprint design and consolidation.

In January 2010, Paul became the Director of Transportation and Customs for The Kraft Heinz Company. In this role, they were responsible for all transportation and customs activities for North America. Paul was also responsible for leading the company's transition to a new customs broker and implementing a new transportation management system. Paul was able to successfully reduce transportation costs by 10% during their tenure.

Most recently, Paul served as the Senior Director of Logistics and Manufacturing Procurement for Abbott from June 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they had global responsibility for procurement and supply management activities for all Freight, Distribution, Facility Services and MRO categories. The breadth of their spend management exceeded $2B across all Abbott operations and international regions. Paul was also accountable for leading 'One-Abbott' procurement vision across all divisions, influencing synergy creation and architecting necessary process, policy and organization structure.

Paul Neurauter has an MBA from Marquette University and a BA in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

They are on a team with John Tarpey - VP, Security, Jim Arthur - Head, Strength & Conditioning, and Andre Tucker - Head, Athletic Trainer. John Bostrom - Senior Advisor, Operations & Safety, Kyle Kelly - Director, Operations, Logistics report to Paul Neurauter. Their manager is Ted Phillips, President & CEO.
