Phyllis Singletary has over 25 years of experience in call center management, currently serving as the Call Center Manager at Children's of Alabama since September 2011. Prior to this role, Phyllis held a similar position at Saint Vincent Hospital from February 1996 to August 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing the call center, switchboard, and transporters.
