Steven D. Krichmar

Steve Krichmar is currently an Independent Trustee of the Goldman Sachs Trust II mutual funds. He is also the Managing Principal of Krichmar & Associates LLC.

Steve worked at Putnam Investments from 2001-16 and was the firm’s chief of operations, a member of the Putnam Investments Operating Committee, and principal financial officer of The Putnam Funds. Previously, Steve was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was the investment management industry leader (assurance) for the Northeast United States.

Steve is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston Children’s Hospital and the Physicians’ Organization Board. He is a Director and the Immediate Past Board Chair of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Combined Jewish Philanthropies, the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, and the Board of Advisors of the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Steve and his wife Karen live in Andover, Mass. They have two adult children, Dan and Hannah.
