Tina Young Poussaint

Chief of Radiology at Boston Children's Hospital

Tina Young Poussaint, MD, FACR, is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in radiology. Currently serving as a Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School since June 2011, Tina also holds the position of Lionel W. Young Endowed Chair in Radiology and is an Attending Neuroradiologist at Boston Children's Hospital, where responsibilities include Chair of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Director of Neuro-Oncologic Imaging, and Director of the Pediatric Neuroradiology Fellowship. Tina has been the Director of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium Neuroimaging Center since March 2003. Prior experience includes working as an Attending Neuroradiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital from July 1989 to November 1992. Tina's educational background includes an MD from the Yale School of Medicine, with additional training at prestigious institutions such as Yale-New Haven Hospital and Harvard Medical School. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Biology was obtained from Mount Holyoke College.
