Lynette Deaver

Lynette Deaver is the Director of Compliance & Quality at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lynette served as the Director of Health Informatics and Quality Nurse at East Liberty Family Health Care Center from January 2018 to November 2021. With a background in healthcare management and nursing, Lynette also held positions at Gateway Health and Highmark Health, where Lynette built their expertise in provider engagement, care and case management, and clinical quality outcomes. Lynette holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Coe College.
