Rob Needle

Rob Needle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at The Children's Society since November 2013, Rob successfully established a specialized shop in Sawston that focuses on books, music, and menswear, operating in conjunction with another shop promoting ladieswear and children's clothing. Prior to this role, Rob was involved with the University of Cambridge, contributing as Secretary to an independent review of sport and managing the Energy and Carbon Reduction Project, as well as overseeing continuity management initiatives. Rob’s career also includes a significant tenure at Cambridgeshire Constabulary, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive police service for a large population. Educationally, Rob holds an MSt in Applied Criminology and Police Management from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Politics and Sociology from the University of Bristol.
