Michelle Hernandez serves as the District 26 Outreach Coordinator for Florida FBLA-PBL Foundation Inc. and is the Founder and Executive Director of Elia Tase’s Hope Inc., an organization focused on promoting education and community service among students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Michelle has been a guest speaker at Coral Gables Senior High School, where educational sessions on Miccosukee culture and leadership in food drives were conducted. Current roles also include being an Ambassador for Culture Shock Miami and ENGin, a non-profit aimed at improving English fluency among young Ukrainians. Additionally, Michelle is active as a Research Assistant at Florida International University, focusing on the languages of African slaves, and engages in various volunteer efforts, including serving on the Youth Advisory Committee for The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County and working with local school district initiatives. Education was pursued at Coral Gables Senior High School and Horeb Christian School.
