Throughout their career, Holly has conducted investigations, developed and provided training, audited compliance programs, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Holly W. completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Health Law & Health Care Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual emphasis in Journalism and Public Relations, as well as Anthropology with a focus on Culture, from Humboldt State University. Holly attended Humboldt State University from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Holly W. has obtained various certifications, including "How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening" and "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
