Carol Osborne

Carol Osborne is the Youth Council Lead at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Carol has been with the organization since January 2011 and held the position of Records & GIS Section Manager at the City of Rio Rancho from October 2018 until their current role. Carol is passionate about helping youth and has been a vital part of the council's success.

Carol Osborne has a Bachelor's in Urban, Rural, and Environmental Planning from Brigham Young University, and a Master's in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University.
