Michael Lucci

Michael Lucci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy analysis and educational governance. As the Founder of Stealth Mode since April 2023, Michael also serves as a Senior Fellow at The Cicero Institute and a Senior Policy Advisor with the State Policy Network. In addition, Michael is the Principal at Policy 360 L.L.C. and previously held the position of Vice President of State Projects at the Tax Foundation. Prior roles include Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy under Governor Bruce Rauner, Vice President of Policy at the Illinois Policy Institute, and President of the Board of Directors for Chicago Virtual Charter School. Michael’s background includes trading at Lightspeed Financial and managing operations at Cornerstone Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and post-baccalaureate studies in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago.
