Michael Kardell

Michael Kardell, FSA, is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Actuarial Senior Advisor at The Cigna Group since July 2019, focusing on network contracting analytics within accountable care. Previous roles at The Cigna Group include Actuarial Advisor, specializing in economics and provider network strategy, and Actuarial Lead Analyst, where responsibilities included risk adjustment analytics and predictive modeling related to the Affordable Care Act. Michael began his career as an Actuarial Senior Analyst, concentrating on financial forecasting and data management for Medicare Part D. Prior to joining The Cigna Group, Michael gained experience as an Actuarial Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska.
