Samridhi Nair

Samridhi Nair is an accomplished educational leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in curriculum development and project management. As the Founder and CEO of Step2Words since November 2023 and an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at The Circle India since August 2023, Samridhi is actively engaged in launching innovative educational initiatives. Previously, as a Curriculum Development Associate at LEAD School, Samridhi received the ELGA Team Excellence Award for designing curriculum that reached over 50 million students across India. Experience as Project Lead for Teach For India's Project Peter Pan showcased Samridhi's ability to direct creative endeavors while fostering language skills and confidence in underprivileged students. Samridhi's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Physics from Panjab University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
