Bernard Casey has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding various roles across multiple organizations since 2001. Currently positioned in the finance department at The City Bin Co. since August 2019, Bernard previously served as Financial Controller at Sheraton Athlone Hotel and as Senior Manager at O'Brien & Co Accountants. Earlier career steps included roles as Accountant at BlueBay Asset Management and Man Group, as well as interim financial controller positions at Allco Finance Group and ALE Property Group. Bernard's foundational experience includes auditing at PwC Australia and Ernst & Young, alongside a consultancy role in internal audit at Health Service Executive. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Lean Systems from the University of Limerick, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway.
