Santosha Pratt, CPM, HDFP, currently serves as the Community Development Administrator for the City of Balch Springs, a position held since January 2018, where previous roles included Assistant to the City Manager and Neighborhood Services and Grants Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Grants Manager for WINGS from January 2017 to January 2018 and as Development Manager at Preferred Properties, Inc. of Ohio from May 2013 to December 2015, focusing on affordable housing development activities. Additional roles include Neighborhood Development Specialist and Program Monitoring Specialist at the City of Toledo, Fund Development Coordinator and Grant Writer for the City of Dallas, and Quality Assurance Program Manager at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Santosha Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at The University of Texas at Arlington.
