Jason C. Wicha

Jason Wicha serves as the City Manager for The City of Lake Forest since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Assistant Village Manager at the Village of Skokie from May 2014 to January 2019 and served as Village Administrator for the Village of Thornton from January 2008 to May 2014. Jason Wicha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Skidmore College (1999-2003) and a Master of Public Administration from Wayne State University (2005-2007).
