David Jacobson

David Jacobson is an experienced professional in the real estate and development industry, currently holding positions as Partner and Director of Project Delivery at fabric living, and Director at Trace Projects Ltd. Since April 2021, Jacobson has been involved with Trace, providing strategic advice and management throughout the development process. As an active volunteer, Jacobson serves on the City of North Vancouver Advisory Design Panel and previously on the UBC Advisory Urban Design Panel, offering insights on development proposals. Past roles include Executive Vice President at Darwin Construction | Properties, Director of Development at Intracorp Projects Ltd, and various development management positions at MOSAIC Homes. Jacobson holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Architecture from The University of British Columbia and is currently studying Urban Land Economics at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
