Nayoung Roh

Nayoung Roh is an experienced professional in the fields of education and biological research, currently serving as a Homeschool Teacher at The Classical Academies since August 2020. Previously, Nayoung worked as a Research Technician II at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies from November 2011 to April 2016, focusing on genetic corrections, modeling blood disorders, and developing therapeutic methods using induced pluripotent stem cells. Prior to that, Nayoung held the position of Lab Manager at Cornell University from January 2011 to October 2011, where responsibilities included investigating podosome formation and managing lab activities and training. Nayoung Roh holds a Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
