Concurrently, Andrew holds research associate roles at the University of St Andrews, focusing on the intersection of personal and social identities and their impact on collective action, as well as at the Centre for the Study of Religion & Politics, specializing in reconciliation in conflict zones. As a Partner and CEO of Venture Resolution, Andrew delivers tailored solutions in various sectors, while also contributing as a Special Advisor to Oxford Process and engaging in university-level teaching.
