Andrew Marin, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at The Clearing, Inc., where oversight of a team of over 35 consulting professionals is coupled with leadership in establishing the Organizational Stability methodology, generating significant project revenue. Concurrently, Andrew holds research associate roles at the University of St Andrews, focusing on the intersection of personal and social identities and their impact on collective action, as well as at the Centre for the Study of Religion & Politics, specializing in reconciliation in conflict zones. As a Partner and CEO of Venture Resolution, Andrew delivers tailored solutions in various sectors, while also contributing as a Special Advisor to Oxford Process and engaging in university-level teaching. Prior experience includes advising for the United Nations and The White House on conflict resolution and social change initiatives, and founding The Marin Foundation aimed at bridging opposing worldviews. Academic credentials include a PhD in Contextual Studies from the University of St Andrews, an MA in Urban Studies from Eastern University, and a BA in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
