Jai Thomas

Jai Thomas has extensive work experience in the technology sector. Jai began their career in 1991 as a Software Developer at Inventa Software and then moved on to Symantec as a Software Developer in 1994. Later that year, they joined Anheuser-Busch as a Senior Software Developer. In 2001, Jai joined Monsanto, where they held various roles including Technical Lead, Software Architect, and Senior Technical Lead until 2016. Jai then joined Bayer Crop Science as the Product Development Lead - New Business Models, a role they held until 2021. Currently, Jai is the Director of Engineering at Climate, starting in 2021.

Jai Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1984 to 1987. Jai later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications at Madurai Kamaraj University from 1988 to 1991.
