Scott Bollman

Scott Bollman has a diverse work experience in the field of agriculture and science. Scott currently serves as the Director of Science Implementation at Climate, where they lead the development of a global testing strategy and execution plan for digital farming solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Bayer Crop Science as a Pest Management and Cotton R&D Portfolio Manager and later as the Biologics Crop Efficiency Lead. Bollman also spent a significant part of their career at Monsanto Company, where they held various roles including Microbial Traits Portfolio Lead, Global Soybean and Cotton Insect Protection Platform Lead, and Cotton Portfolio Lead. Scott'sexperience also includes serving as a Technology Development Representative and Technology Development Representative Associate at Monsanto. Scott Bollman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2002. Scott then pursued a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science at Michigan State University from 2002 to 2004. Scott continued their education at Michigan State University and obtained a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Crop Science in 2007.
