Tia Nanjappan

Tia Nanjappan is an experienced social media manager currently working at The Clio Awards since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tia served as a social media specialist at Flagship Social from October 2018 to July 2021, and at AdLove Media, LLC, from October 2018 to March 2020. Tia began the career journey with internships at Forbes, EarthShare North Carolina, and Chapel Hill Magazine/Durham Magazine, alongside a researcher position at Jury-X LLC. Tia also gained editorial experience as an assistant copy editor at The Daily Tar Heel and contributed to fundraising efforts as logistics chair for Building Tomorrow, Inc. Tia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2018.
