Brenda Southwick

Brenda Southwick currently serves as the Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits at The Clorox Company since March 2017. Previously, Brenda held the position of Benefits Manager at Matson, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2017, and spent 25 years at Chevron in various roles related to health and welfare benefits, including Health and Welfare Plan Administrator and Vendor Manager. Brenda began a career at Chevron as a summer intern and progressed through various positions, demonstrating a strong expertise in ERISA benefit plans, vendor relationships, and compliance. Brenda earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Economics from the same institution.
