Lauren Michniacki

Associate Director Human Insights, Litter Business Lead at The Clorox Company

Lauren Michniacki is an experienced professional in consumer and market insights, currently serving as the Associate Director Human Insights and Litter Business Lead at The Clorox Company since April 2019. In this role, Lauren leads the insights team for the Litter Studio, providing a holistic voice of the consumer across brands such as Fresh Step, Scoop Away, and Ever Clean. Previously, Lauren held positions at Wrigley, where responsibilities included managing primary market research for gum and mint brands and overseeing business activities, as well as roles in commercial operations. Lauren's early career at L'Oréal included project management for artwork commercialization and supply chain planning. Lauren holds an MBA in Marketing and Managerial Analytics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
