Leslie Leitch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and program development, currently serving as Practice Area Lead and Program Manager at Cloudburst Consulting Group since November 2009. Prior to this role, Leslie worked as a Consultant at Stratford Consulting and held the position of Executive Director at AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, where oversight and management of services for over 360 homeless individuals in Baltimore were key responsibilities. Notably, Leslie's tenure at the City of Baltimore included significant roles as Director of Grants Management and Resource Development and Director of Homeless Services, managing over $25 million in funding and coordinating numerous programs. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Computers from California State University - East Bay and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Arizona.
