Andrew Sweeney has a diverse and extensive background in the recreation and hospitality industry, with experience in managing facilities ranging from fitness clubs to boutique hotels. Andrew has held various leadership positions, including General Manager and Director of Recreation, where Andrew oversaw day-to-day operations, implemented strategic development plans, and achieved significant improvements in revenue and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on staff training, customer care, and operational efficiency, Andrew has consistently proven their ability to successfully manage and grow recreational facilities.
