The Club at Mediterra
Tommy Tarr is an accomplished culinary professional with a solid background in the hospitality industry. Serving as Sous Chef at The Club at Mediterra since August 2021, Tommy previously held the position of Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 Restaurant from August 2010 to May 2021. Tommy's education in culinary arts includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from The Art Institutes, completed from January 2021 to March 2022, and a Diploma of Education in Culinary Arts obtained from The Art Institutes between 2007 and 2008.
