Katie Boos

Katie Boos is a culinary professional with a diverse background in pastry and baking. Currently serving as Demi Sous Chef at NoHo Hospitality Group since February 2022, Katie has previously held roles as Pastry Cook at Eleven Madison Park and as Baker at Taste by Spellbound. Katie's culinary education includes training at the Institute of Culinary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
