Darren S. is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef and Banquet Chef at Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa since September 2018, Darren also operates as a Catering Chef for Toast Catering since March 2011. Previous experience includes positions as Executive Chef for Compass Group and True Roots Catering, as well as multiple Banquet Chef roles at prestigious establishments such as Hard Rock Hotel San Diego and several Hyatt Regency locations.
